Homemade Sports ("HMS", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Homemade Sports Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13601167, with its registered office at 1 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S11 9PA, United Kingdom.
Homemade Sports operates as a football agency across Europe and Africa.

2. What data we collect
When you use our contact form or write to us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, club or organisation, your role (club, academy, player, parent or family, other), any video links you share, and the content of your message.
We do not ask for sensitive data through this website. Please do not send medical, identity or financial documents through the form.
3. Why we use your data
We use your data only to:
reply to your enquiry,
assess a player profile you have shared with us,
follow up on a professional relationship you have started with us.
Our legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to football related enquiries.
We never sell your data. We never use it for advertising.
4. Players under 18
Many of the players we follow are under 18. When a message concerns a minor, we expect it to be sent by, or with the knowledge of, a parent or legal guardian. Any representation of a minor is handled through separate written agreements signed with the family, in line with FIFA rules and applicable law.
5. Who can access your data
Your data is only accessed by the HMS team members handling your enquiry. We use trusted service providers to run this website and our email, including our website host (Webador) and our email provider. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Because our team works across the United Kingdom, France and Africa, your data may be accessed from outside the UK or the European Economic Area. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless an ongoing professional relationship requires us to keep it longer. After that, it is deleted.
7. Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law (GDPR), you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@homemadesports.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or to the CNIL (cnil.fr) in France.
8. Cookies
This website may use technical cookies needed for it to work properly, and the reCAPTCHA cookie used to protect our form against spam. We do not use advertising cookies.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
