About us
The best opportunities are found before they become obvious.
Who we are
Homemade Sports was created from a shared understanding of the football industry and a belief that talent is often overlooked because of a lack of access, not a lack of ability. We combine scouting expertise, market insight and a practical understanding of how football operates across different markets.
That understanding runs from the environments where young players first develop, to the clubs and decision-makers who shape their next stage.
Our work is to turn football potential into opportunities that last.
Growth in two directions
At Homemade Sports, we believe talent grows in two directions.
Gravitropism. Deep into the foundations.
We scout early, build relationships on the ground, follow players over time and understand what happens beyond the pitch. We work on the details that shape a player before the wider football world takes notice.
Phototropism. Towards the light.
We create the connections, opportunities and pathways that allow that talent to be recognised, tested and developed at the highest level.
Long before a player is seen on a European pitch, there is scouting, assessment, development, monitoring and preparation taking place first.
Homemade Sports works in both directions, building from the ground up, and creating the path to the global stage.
Our network
We don't outsource our eyes.
In Africa, our scouting covers Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria, Burkina Faso and Zambia, with active expansion into Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Angola.
In each country, a permanent local representative identifies, verifies and monitors talent at close range. The same people, season after season: that's how we come to know a player rather than a highlight reel.
We stay in constant dialogue with the clubs, academies and families around each player. That's what makes a pathway transparent rather than opportunistic.
In Europe
Our relationships are built where players are actually developed: academies and ambitious clubs across France, England, Belgium, Hungary, Norway, Slovenia, Portugal, Finland, Germany, and a widening group of competitive European leagues.
These are not consolation destinations. They are the environments where a young player gets minutes, a coach who invests in him, and a real chance to prove himself at senior level. A first move that fits is worth more than a first move that impresses.
Europe's biggest leagues are where this pathway leads. We build towards them step by step rather than promising them upfront.
One agency. One continuous line of trust, from a pitch in Africa to a European first team.
The partners
Different backgrounds, complementary expertise, one objective: building sustainable pathways and genuine opportunities for elite talent.
International and strategic relations
Cross border partnerships, club relations and executive alignment across Europe and international football.
Scouting, player development and operations
On the ground talent assessment across Africa, individual development plans and operational preparation for professional careers.
Strategy, partnerships and player representation
Athlete representation, contractual negotiation and strategic club integration for sustainable sporting and personal development.
Talent identification and player development in Europe
Former professional player and UEFA qualified coach, assessing readiness, mentality and technical level across academies and clubs in Europe.
Where we're going
We want to contribute to a more connected and sustainable football ecosystem, where talent is recognised beyond traditional boundaries and given the conditions to progress.
Our long-term ambition is to build a respected international platform where knowledge, relationships and opportunity come together to shape the next generation of football.
African
talents. Global
stage.
