A scouting network built for global football
Identifying talent. Building pathways. Creating opportunities.
We identify young African players early, prepare them properly, and connect them with clubs where they can actually succeed.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Potential is nothing without direction.
Talent is everywhere in Africa. What changes a career is the path around it. That path is what we build, step by step, with every player we represent.
This is what direction looks like
-
01Identification
Spotting the player before the market does.
-
02Assessment
Is he ready, and for which level? An honest answer before any name goes on a shortlist.
-
03Development
Closing the gap between where he is and where he needs to be.
-
04Opportunity
The right club, at the right level, at the right moment. Not the first offer, the right one.
-
05Long term pathway
The signature is a step, not the finish line.
We don't move fast.
We move correctly.
Why we exist
Every season, promising careers are cut short by poor advice, rushed transfers and unprepared transitions. Players signed on hype and dropped within a year. Families misled. Clubs disappointed.
We work the other way round. Most of the players we represent are identified one to two years before they're ready to move. We follow their development in real time, stay in direct contact with their club, monitor injuries and progression, travel to see them play, and work alongside their families so the player can concentrate on football.
Proof of concept
From grassroots football in West Africa to the UEFA Conference League.
A structured pathway. A trusted hand.
Three pillars define how we operate.
Pillar one
Live observation across grassroots tournaments, academies and regional leagues, backed by video analysis. We don't recommend a player we haven't watched ourselves.
Pillar two
Tactical understanding, professional habits, language and mental readiness. Built before the move, not improvised after it.
Pillar three
We stay involved long after the signature: performance monitoring, family orientation and day-to-day career management.
