Homemade Sports

Frequently asked questions

Answers for clubs, players, families and academies about how we scout, prepare and place African football talent.

What is Homemade Sports?

Homemade Sports (HMS) is a football agency specialising in African talent. We scout young players in Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria, Burkina Faso and Zambia, prepare them for professional football and connect them with clubs in Europe.

Which countries does HMS cover?

In Africa, HMS has permanent local representatives in Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria, Burkina Faso and Zambia, with expansion into Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Angola. In Europe, we work with academies and clubs in France, England, Belgium, Hungary, Norway, Slovenia, Portugal, Finland and Germany.

How does HMS work with clubs?

We start from the club's sporting project, game model and positional needs, then deliver a shortlist of three to five pre-selected profiles. We also support negotiation, visa processing, legal documentation and the player's integration.

What is included in an HMS player dossier?

Depending on the player and the club's needs, an HMS dossier can include in-depth video analysis, live scouting reports, a character profile, medical information and verified administrative status.

At what age do players move to Europe?

FIFA rules generally prohibit international transfers of players under 18. HMS identifies most players one to two years before they are ready, follows their development locally and plans the move for the right moment.

How can a player, family or academy contact HMS?

Through our contact page. A real person reads every message.
